Bateel Coupon Code & Promo Codes

Bateel Discount Code: 15% Off in Saudi Arabia, 10% in the UAE

Bateel dates and gift boxes are a classic choice for Ramadan, Eid, weddings and visits to family, and they are rarely discounted heavily. The Bateel discount code on this page gives you 15% off on the Saudi website and 10% off on the UAE website. It applies to dates, chocolates, maamoul, gourmet products and gift sets, so it covers both personal treats and larger gifting orders.

The amount depends on the country site you order from, so make sure you are on the right storefront before you check out: bateel.com/en_sa for Saudi Arabia, or bateel.com/en_ae for the UAE. On a gift tray or a wooden box that costs several hundred riyals, 15% is a meaningful saving.

Bateel also runs seasonal collections, such as its Saudi National Day range, and occasional promotions like a free Medjool sample from the new harvest in the UAE. Check the homepage of your country site to see what is running before you order.

How to Use the Bateel Discount Code

1. Open the Bateel site for your country and browse dates, chocolates or gifts.
2. Add your items to the basket. If you want free delivery, check that the total is above SAR 200 in Saudi Arabia or AED 100 in the UAE.
3. At checkout, enter the code from this page in the discount code field and apply it. You should see 15% off in Saudi Arabia or 10% off in the UAE in the order summary.
4. Choose your delivery option, add any gift message, and pay.

If you are sending a gift, enter the recipient's address and phone number carefully. Bateel products are perishable, so a delivery that cannot be completed is harder to fix than with other online orders.

Bateel Code Not Working?

• Wrong country site. The code gives different amounts on the Saudi and UAE sites, and it may not work on other country storefronts. Check the "Ship to" setting.
• First purchase offer already applied. The Saudi site advertises 15% off a first purchase. If another discount is already in your basket, the checkout may accept only one, so keep whichever gives the lower total.
• Typing errors. Remove spaces before and after the code, or copy it directly from this page.
• Delivery threshold. Applying the code reduces your total, which can take it below the free delivery threshold. Add a small item if you are just under SAR 200 or AED 100.

Bateel Dates: Varieties and Formats

Dates are the heart of Bateel's range, and the Saudi site organises them by type and size. You can buy plain dates, filled dates, wrapped dates, fresh rutab and date tubes, in 250g, 500g and 1kg sizes.

Varieties include Ajwa, the dark, soft date from Madinah that many families buy for Ramadan; Medjool, large and caramel-like, sold for example in a 500g Classic Box; and Segai, Wanan, Khidri, Kholas and Sokari, each with its own texture and sweetness. Filled dates combine dates with nuts, citrus peel or other fillings and are popular on serving trays when guests visit.

As a guide to prices on the Saudi site, Ajwa dates start from SAR 95 and the 500g Medjool Classic Box is SAR 125, so a mixed order of two or three boxes usually passes the free delivery threshold, and the code takes 15% off the lot.

Which Bateel Dates to Choose

With so many varieties, it helps to start from the occasion.

For Ramadan at home. Many families break the fast with Ajwa or Sokari, so a 1kg pack of a favourite variety is better value than several small boxes. Rutab, the fresh soft dates, are a seasonal treat when available.

For guests and majlis. Filled dates and mixed trays look generous on a serving table and give guests a choice. Wrapped dates are practical for offices and events because each piece is individually presented.

For gifts. A gift box or wooden box with a mix of plain and filled dates, such as the Palm Gift Set, is a safe choice when you do not know the recipient's favourite variety. Adding a small box of chocolates or a maamoul tin makes the gift feel complete.

For everyday snacking. Date tubes and 250g packs are easy to keep in a bag or car, and date bars are a convenient option for children's lunch boxes.

Chocolates, Maamoul and Gourmet Products

Beyond dates, Bateel makes fine chocolates, including bars, barks and bites, Dubai chocolate and kunafa dates. Bark Bites start from SAR 44, which makes them an easy add-on to a date order.

The gourmet range includes date biscuits and maamoul, such as the Date Maamoul Tin and Milk Maamoul, date syrups and spreads, date bars, nuts, olive oil and vinegar, condiments, sparkling juices and coffee. These are good for stocking the pantry before Ramadan or for building your own gift basket.

Bateel Gifts, Hampers and Corporate Orders

Gifting is where Bateel is strongest. The gift range includes gift boxes, luxury wooden boxes, hampers, trays and drawers, and catering products. Named sets on the Saudi site include the Palm Gift Set with plain and filled dates, the Mirage Tray, the Majd Riyadh Gift Set and the Qahwa Gift Set from the National Day collection.

For businesses, Bateel has a Corporate Gifts section and a downloadable catalogue, which is useful for Ramadan, Eid and year-end gifting to clients and staff. Larger orders benefit most from the code, so ask for the total with the discount before confirming a corporate order.

Delivery in Saudi Arabia and the UAE

Saudi Arabia. Delivery is free on orders above SAR 200. In Riyadh, Jeddah and Khobar, Bateel offers delivery within 3 hours, which is handy for last-minute gifts and visits. Other cities across the Kingdom are served by express shipping.

UAE. Delivery is free on orders above AED 100, and Bateel offers 2-hour delivery in Dubai on selected items. Other emirates are also covered.

Because dates and chocolates are perishable, plan deliveries for when someone is home to receive them, particularly in summer.

Returns, Damaged Orders and Payment

Because Bateel products are perishable, they cannot be returned for change of mind. Bateel does consider a refund or replacement if products were damaged during delivery, the wrong product was sent, or items were defective or out of date. In the UAE, claims should be made within 48 hours of receiving the order, with photos, by emailing customercare@bateel.com. Requests without supporting photos may not be eligible, so take pictures as soon as you open the box.

For payment, the Bateel sites list Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. The discount is applied before you pay, so the amount charged already includes your saving.

Tips to Save More at Bateel

• Order Ramadan and Eid gifts early. Popular boxes and trays can sell out close to the occasion, and early orders give you more delivery options.
• Combine gifts in one order. One larger order clears the free delivery threshold and gets the full discount on every item.
• Use same-day delivery for last-minute visits. In Riyadh, Jeddah and Khobar, 3-hour delivery saves a trip to the boutique.
• Check the box on arrival. Photograph any damage straight away so a replacement can be arranged.
• Shop the right country site. The Saudi site gives 15% with the code, the UAE site 10%, so order from the country where the gift is going.
