Copyright & DMCA Policy

Last updated: October 24, 2026

Dealspapa respects the intellectual property of others and expects users of https://www.dealspapa.com to do the same. This policy explains how to report content that you believe infringes your copyright, how we handle reports, and how to respond if your content was removed. It follows the notice-and-takedown process of the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

1. Content on Dealspapa

Most content on Dealspapa, including store pages, coupon descriptions, guides and blog articles, is written by our team. Some content is submitted by users, such as coupon submissions, comments and ratings.

Store names, logos and product images are shown only to identify the stores and offers we list. They remain the property of their respective owners.

2. How to report copyright infringement

If you believe that content on Dealspapa infringes a copyright you own or are authorised to act for, send a written notice to support@dealspapa.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice". To let us act quickly, please include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is acceptable).
  • A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
  • The exact URL(s) on Dealspapa where the material appears, so we can find it.
  • Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

3. What happens after we receive a notice

We review every complete notice. If it is valid, we promptly remove or disable access to the material and, where the material was submitted by a user, let that user know and share a copy of the notice with them.

If a notice is incomplete, we may ask you for the missing information before we can act on it.

4. Counter-notice

If content you submitted was removed and you believe this was a mistake or that you have the right to use it, you can send a counter-notice to support@dealspapa.com with the subject line "DMCA Counter-Notice". It should include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • A description of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.

5. Restoring content

When we receive a valid counter-notice, we forward it to the person who sent the original notice. If they do not tell us within 10 to 14 business days that they have filed a court action to stop the use of the material, we may restore it.

6. Repeat infringers

We may disable the accounts of users who repeatedly submit infringing content, and remove their submissions.

7. Trademarks and store listings

This policy covers copyright. Store names and logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify the stores. Dealspapa is an independent coupon website and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by these stores unless stated otherwise.

If you represent a store and want us to update or remove its logo, listing or offers, contact us at support@dealspapa.com and we will respond as quickly as we can.

8. False claims

Please make sure your notice or counter-notice is accurate. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may make you liable for damages, including costs and legal fees.

9. Browser extension

This policy also applies to content shown in the Dealspapa browser extension, which displays the same coupons and deals as the website.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time and will change the "Last updated" date above when we do. For any copyright question, contact us at support@dealspapa.com.
