DeFacto

DeFacto coupon codes and promo codes help shoppers in Egypt and Morocco save on men's, women's and kids' fashion. Dealspapa tracks current DeFacto discount codes and offers so you can apply a working code before completing your order.

DeFacto Coupon Codes & Deals

DeFacto regularly runs sitewide and category promotions across its clothing, footwear and accessories ranges. Because offers change frequently and some are limited to specific categories, new customers or the DeFacto app, check Dealspapa's current listing for this store before checkout rather than relying on a code you saw elsewhere that may have expired.

How to Use a DeFacto Coupon Code

1. Visit the DeFacto website and browse the products you want.
2. Add your selected items to the cart.
3. Proceed to checkout.
4. Look for the promo code or discount code field.
5. Enter your DeFacto coupon code.
6. Apply the code and confirm the discount reflects in your order total.
7. Complete payment to finish your purchase.

How to Find the Latest DeFacto Promo Codes

The fastest way to find a working DeFacto discount code is to check Dealspapa's DeFacto page before checkout, since listings are updated as codes are added or expire. DeFacto also promotes offers through its website, mobile app, and the DeFacto Gift Club loyalty programme.

Ways to Save Money at DeFacto

Coupons and Promo Codes

A valid coupon code reduces your order total at checkout, either as a percentage off or a fixed discount depending on the promotion.

DeFacto Gift Club

DeFacto's free Gift Club membership gives new members 10% off their first purchase (no minimum spend) plus 3% Gift Points on every purchase afterward, redeemable on future orders. You can join via the DeFacto website, app, in-store, or WhatsApp.

New Customer Offers

The Gift Club's first-purchase discount effectively works as a new-customer offer and can typically be combined with other current DeFacto promotions.

Free Shipping

DeFacto offers free shipping above a minimum order value in both Egypt and Morocco, with a standard delivery fee charged below that threshold. See the Shipping & Delivery section for country-specific details.

App-Only Promotions

The DeFacto mobile app sometimes carries offers and Gift Club perks not shown on the website.

Seasonal Sales

DeFacto typically increases promotional activity around major shopping periods such as Ramadan, Eid, and end-of-season sales — check Dealspapa during these periods for relevant codes.

Does DeFacto Offer Free Shipping?

Yes, in both markets, though the thresholds differ by country:

• Egypt: Free shipping on orders over 600 EGP; orders below that are charged a standard delivery fee (around 65 EGP for parcels up to 3kg).
• Morocco: Free shipping on orders over 399 MAD; orders below that are charged a 40 MAD delivery fee.

DeFacto Payment Methods

Egypt: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Meeza Card, debit cards, cash on delivery (up to 4000 EGP), Gift Club points, and installment options (ValU, NBE).

Morocco: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and cash on delivery (up to 1500 MAD, with a 10 MAD service fee).

DeFacto Shipping & Delivery

Egypt: Delivery is available to Cairo, Giza, Alexandria and other governorates, with same-day or next-day options typically fastest in Cairo and Giza.

Morocco: Orders are delivered via Aramex within 2-7 business days.

DeFacto Return & Refund Policy

Egypt: Returns are generally accepted within 14-30 days of delivery on unused items in original packaging, either via Aramex with a return code or at the nearest DeFacto store.

Morocco: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, free of charge via Aramex with a return code, or at the nearest DeFacto store with your invoice.

Policy details can change, so check DeFacto's official returns page for your country before sending an item back.

Why Is My DeFacto Coupon Code Not Working?

• The code has expired or the promotion has ended
• Your order doesn't meet a minimum spend requirement
• The code is restricted to specific categories
• The offer is limited to new Gift Club members only
• The code is only valid in the DeFacto app, not the website (or vice versa)
• The code was already used once on your account
• The code can't be combined with items already on sale
• The code was typed incorrectly
